IT Retainer program includes prepaid block of 10 service hours, which can be used remotely or onsite—whichever works best for you. The hours are very flexible and can be used for training, consulting, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and general IT support.
Here are a few key details about the program:

Hours never expire — you can use them anytime until they are fully used

Once the hours are used, you may purchase an additional 10-hour block if desired

The 10 hours are prepaid at the beginning of the retainer agreement

No long term commitment — once the hours are used, you may choose to continue or cancel

Priority response - every client receives callback within 4 hours and priority support

Bonus Maintenance - The retainer also includes 1 complimentary hour of computer maintenance for one PC or Mac. This maintenance service focuses on improving performance and security and includes:

Checking and updating antivirus and/or malware protection
