Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, a minimum of 24-hour advance notice is required to avoid being charged. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, a fee equivalent to a one-hour service charge will be applied. Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Pak@pnradconsulting.com or via text message.
